The spring kit with progressive lowering

KW threaded springs are used to lower the vehicle in combination with standard dampers. Unlike conventional spring kits, individual height adjustment is possible within the tested adjustment range. This solution uses vehicle-specific spring mounts with coordinated KW lowering springs, appropriate elastomers, and dust protection systems. The standard damper system, whether electronically or hydraulically controlled, remains active.

Configuration – sporty and harmonious springs
The stiffness of the high-quality chrome-silicon steel springs used by KW is tailored to the suspension dampers and specific wheel loads of the vehicle. During the development of each spring kit, we ensure that the spring stiffness also perfectly harmonizes with the different damping characteristics of your adaptive series chassis. Continuous lowering
Similar to a coilover suspension, KW coilover springs allow for progressive lowering within a subtle range. This is not possible with conventional lowering springs. The dust protection elements and bump stops included in the delivery are always designed for the maximum possible lowering. Thanks to height-adjustable KW springs, a sporty and harmonious driving experience can be achieved without affecting the driving dynamics of performance-oriented vehicles.
