How do I make an online purchase on

Are the parts sold on approved?

Yes. At SwissTech Auto, we are committed to providing you with superior service. That’s why we provide you with the best auto parts for your vehicle. All parts sold on the website bearing the words “Homologué route” (road-approved) comply with current Swiss regulations.

Depending on the type of parts, modifications to the vehicle are subject to notification and inspection by your local traffic office. You will therefore need to register the changes on your vehicle’s registration certificate.

In the case of non-approved parts sold on our website, the product will be labelled “For use on the racetrack only”. The wrong use of the product is to be avoided and could have serious consequences for you, not only in terms of the law, but also for your safety and that of other road users. Please make good use of these parts.


How can I use my promotional code?

To redeem your promotional code, simply continue with your normal shopping process. Before finalizing your purchase at the checkout stage, you can enter your discount code in the box provided. The discount is automatically applied and deducted from the total amount of your order.

What payment methods are allowed on

The website offers you several payment options to pay for your order. We accept Mastercard & Visa international credit cards. You can also use a PostFinance Card or PostFinance e-finance to pay for your purchases. Finally, you can choose to make your payment via the Twint payment option, or via the PayPal platform (a commission may apply).


What are the delivery times for purchases on

We strive to prepare your order within 48 hours of finalizing your order. Delivery times vary from 24 hours to 3 days, depending on the availability of parts in our warehouse or from our suppliers. For larger shipments, these times may be longer. Please note that any delays in delivery are beyond our control and depend on the carrier.

How much does shipping cost for my order?
